Comments
Beam quality: Beam intensity: 4 104 particle par pulse. The energy spread on the target was 277–300 MeV/nucleon.
Target: Target-thickness: 5 mm thick and 35 mm in diameter. Number of protons in the effective volume is 3.43(13) 1022/cm2
Data obtained: exported from EXFOR
The experiment was performed at a secondary beam course (fragment separator) in the Heavy Ion Medical Accelerator in Chiba (HIMAC) of the National Institute of Radiological Science (NIRS). 12C beam was accelerated up to 430 MeV/nucleon. 9C beam was produced by projectile fragmentation of the 12C beam on a 9Be target.
