CommentsBeam quality: The nitrogen beam (N+3,4,5,6 ) yielded 0.3 μA tp 10 nA flux trough a differentially pumped gas scattering chamber. Target: no data Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4 ) Ammonia gas in a direct-extraction duoplasmatron ion source produced an intense NH2 beam, of which an EN tandem accelerator whould accept about 1 μA.
