Beam quality:
Target: Thickness of films were in 200-300 μg/cm^2 interval and were measured with accurancy about 5%.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
Reaction have been measured using the U-150M cyclotron at the Institute of Nuclear Physics (National Nuclear Center, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty).
