Beam quality: Target: In this work was used both thin 116Sn targets ( about 20 μg/curs) evaporated onto carbon backing foils (about 12 μg/cm2) and much thicker self-supporting 116Sn targets (about 80 μg/cm2). Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)The experiments have been performed with the 64 MeV 16 0 beam from the FN tandem Van de Graaff at Saclay. The typical contaminations of 116Sn target were 0.1% of 58Ni, 48Ti and Cu, and 0.3% of 32S and Cl.
