Comments
Beam quality: intensities of 10—100 nA
Target: Isotopically enriched targets (except for Si) of thickness's ranging from 11 to 33 mg/cm2 were used
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
The Li beams were provided by the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility (IUCF). Usable intensities of 10—100 nA (electrical) at 99 MeV were achieved by accelerating Li++ ions through the injector cyclotron and, after further electron stripping, accelerating the bare Li ions in the mainstage cyclotron to full energy. Absolute errors are estimated to be +12%, and are due largely to target thickness uncertainties.
