Beam quality: no data
Target: 50 mcg/m**2 thick Be-9 target was used.
Data obtained: exported from EXFOR
The experiments were done at the Tandem Van de Graaff accelerator of the Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule, Zurich. The 5% errors were added (in accordance to the author reccomendation) when no data in EXFOR.
