Target: Self-supporting foils Si-28, thickness approx 50 mcg/cm**2, carbon backing was 20 mcg/cm**2
Data obtained: exported from EXFOR
Experiment was performed in the Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy, Moskva, USSR. 5% cross section accuracy is used (in accordance with the authors recommendation).
