Comments
Beam quality: no data
Target: The targets of the isotopically enriched Mg-24, enrichment 99.7% and Mg-26, enrichment 99.77% were used. Both magnesium targets of 100+-20 mcg/cm**2 thickness were evaporated on 25 mcg/cm**2 thick carbon backings with a thin gold layer, about 1 mcg/cm**2.
