Beam quality: no data
Target: The targets were natural SiO(2) on an Au-backing and contained about 70 mcg/cm2 of oxygen
Data obtained: exported from EXFOR
14UD Pelletron tandem accelerator, Florida State University, Tallahassee, USA. The experimental energy resolution was about 70-keV.
