Comments
Beam quality: The beam intensity at the target position for the measurement was 7.7 105 s-1.
Target: The 4He-implanted Al foil of 0.7 mm thick were used. The 4He thickness was 2.7 1017 particles/cm2.

The measurements were performed at the Cyclotron Research Centre in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
