Comments
Beam quality: Beam currents ranged from 15 to 300 nA.
Target: Natural metalic calcium (96.78% 40Ca), about 125 mcg/cm2, was evaporated onto 15 mcg/cm2 carbon backing.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
Experiment performed at Florida State University using super FN tandem Van de Graaff accelerator. The angle setting uncertainty was measuerd to be 0.1 deg. The absolute uncertainty of the cross-sections is 6%.
