CommentsBeam quality: Typical beam currents on target were 200 to 300 nA of Li+3 ions. Target: The enriched (98.6%) 90 Zr target was 32 mkg/cm2 thick and mounted on a thin carbon backing. Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4 ) The Li ions were extracted from an inverted sputter source and injected into the Florida State University Super FN Tandem Van de Graaff.
