Beam quality: no data
Target: SiO2 (99.7% 16O) foils of thickness ranging from 100 - 200 mkg/cm2 were used.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
The beams were produced in an inverted sputter source and accelerated to the desired energies by the Florida State super FN tandem Van der Graaff.
