Beam quality: The beam-energy spread was 0.4–0.5%. Target: Beryllium targets were self-supporting films 0.23 0.56, and 1.05 mg/cm2 thick. Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)Experiment was performed at the isochronous cyclotron of the Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy. The total angular resolution of the measuring system was 0.6 deg. The accuracy in measuring absolute cross sections ±10%.
