Comments
Beam quality: Beam intensity approximately 100 nA.
Target: The target was ab approximately 50 mcg/cm2 thick 12C.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
The measurement were performed at the tandem Van de Graaff accelerator of the Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule in Zurich. The overall error in the absolute normalization is estimated to be around 5%.
