CommentsBeam quality: no data Target: The self-supported, clean targets, with thicknesses of about 30 mcg/cm2 (70,72 Ge) and 60 mcg/cm2 (74 Ge) Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4 ) Experminet was performed with help of the Sao Paulo Pelletron accelerator. Maximum scale uncertainties of ±7% for 70,72 Ge and of ±10% for 74 Ge.
