Beam quality: The beam emittance allowed a spot size of around 2 - 3 cm2 on the target.
Target: a 10 mg/cm2 thick heavy target used (natCa)
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
The experiment was performed at the CERN high-energy heavy-ion facility, which uses the K = 800 synchrocyclotron to accelerate ions provided by a PIG- source.
