Beam quality: no data
Target: Targets of approximately 50 mcg/cm2 of 40CaCO3, oxides of 56Fe, 70,74Ge, 62Ni, 90Zr and 118Sn on thin carbon backing were used.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
14N beams were produced by the Florida State super FN tandem Van de Graaff accelerator.
