CommentsBeam quality: no data Target: Selfsupported SiO2 target of 200 mcg/cm2 thickness for forward angles and for backward angles a melamine target C3 H6 15 N6 of 75 mcg/cm2 thickness on 12 C backing with the 15 N content enriched to 99%. Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4 ) The experiments were done at the Tandem Van de Graaff accelerator of the ETH Zurich. To avoid disturbances due to 16 O admixtures to the 15 N beam, the measurements for the 15 N + 16 O system in the angular region from 130o to 170o were performed using a 16 O beam and a melamine target with the 15 N content enriched to 99%.
