Beam quality: no data
Target: Selfsupported SiO2 target of 200 mcg/cm2 thickness for forward angles and for backward angles a melamine target C3H615N6 of 75 mcg/cm2 thickness on 12C backing with the 15N content enriched to 99%.

The experiments were done at the Tandem Van de Graaff accelerator of the ETH Zurich. To avoid disturbances due to 16O admixtures to the 15N beam, the measurements for the 15N + 16O system in the angular region from 130o to 170o were performed using a 16O beam and a melamine target with the 15N content enriched to 99%.
