Target: The Si target of thickness 150 μg/cm2 sandwiched between two Au layerswas used.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
Experiment was performed at the 15 UD Pelletron facility of Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi.
