Comments
Beam quality: During the experiment the beam current (7Li2+) was varied from 2-20 pnA.
Target: The Si target of thickness 150 μg/cm2 sandwiched between two Au layerswas used. A self supporting Si target of thickness 150 μg/cm2 was used in Mumbai experiment.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
Experiment was performed at the 15 UD Pelletron facility of Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi. A separate experiment was carried out using the General Purpose Scattering Chamber (GPSC) at the 14 UD BARC-TIFR Pelletron facility in Mumbai.
