Beam quality: The secondary He beam was produced in the 2+ charge state and accelerated up to 22 MeV with a typical intensity on the scattering target of 105 particles/s. Target: The target was a self-supporting foil of 208Pb with a thickness of 1.12 mg/cm2. Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)The experiment was performed at the Cyclotron Research Centre (CRC) of the Universite Catolique de Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) facility. The 6He beam was generated using the proton beam at 30 MeV from the cyclotron Cyclon-30 impinging on a LiF powder target, via the reaction 7Li(p,2p)6He.
