Beam quality: no data Target: The chamber was filled with 50 Torr natural helium gas of 99.999% purity. The scattering chamber was separated from the Faraday cup by a 0.5 mcm Ni foil. Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)The measurements were carried out at the University of Wisconsin tandem accelerator laboratory. A 0.5 mcm Ni entrance foil was used to separate the He chamber from the beamline vacuum.
