Beam quality: 100 nA 4He atomic beam.
Target: A 50 mcg/cm2 6Li target (98%) on a Formvar backing.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
The experiment was performed with the Florida State University Super FN Tandem accelerator.
