Comments
Beam quality: Beam currents of between 50 to 200 nA were obtained.
Target: The targets were self-supposing, thin metallic foils (~100 mcg/cm2) enriched up to 96.2% and 98.2% in 70Ge and 74Ge, respectively.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
The experiment was performed using the 6Li beam from the Orsay tandem MP Van de Graaff accelerator.
