Comments
Beam quality: Beam currents were of the order of 30 nA.
Target: a 180 µm thick, self supported natural silicon target.
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
A 6Li+2 beam was delivered by the TN11/25 HVEC 5.5MV Tandem accelerator of the National Research Center of Greece-DEMOKRITOS.
