Beam quality: A typical beam intensity has been 1 nA.
Target: Self-supporting target foils with thickness: 208Pb (12.99 mg/cm2), 90Zr (7.34 mg/cm2), 58Ni (5.86 and 4.00 mg/cm2) and 12C(4.1 and 30 mg/cm2)
Data obtained: author graph (digitized with GSYS 2.4)
Experiments were carried out at the Ring Cyclotron of the Research Center for Nuclear Physics, Osaka University.
